Provide ID Verification:
Please take a picture of the front and back of your Government issued Photo ID (Drivers license or
Passport) and send to us. If the billing name does not match the persons name on the account then ID’s for both persons will be required.
Why is this required?
A Government issued Photo ID is required to be validated when purchasing a puppy from us. The same is held true when adopting a dog from a local shelter. We may not process the adoption and transfer of
ownership paperwork without validating identities nor may we finalize travel nor allow the puppy to depart. A Photo ID will be required to be furnished at the time of delivery for the safety and well fare of the puppy. We cannot allow a puppy to be handed off to just anyone without proper verification of ID.
*The Photo ID must be legible, clear and in color.
You are always welcome to come here to our Facility to pickup your puppy when it is time.
If picking up your puppy from us directly, please bring cash to pay final payment. We do not accept checks OR Credit cards! Also, if you live in the state of Missouri, you will have to pay the state sales tax of 6.1% for Wright County.
If transportation to your home is needed, we are currently use a couple different transportation services. They are all very reputable and we have had great reviews from puppies that were delivered. They do deliver to your door, and the costs is $550.00 with travel expenses included.
Please note that we do try our hardest to get your puppies to you the fastest and safest way possible. We will try to work with you in getting your puppy to you in a safe and timely matter, and we would appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
